These Trademark Use Guidelines are designed specifically for our Affiliates, Partners or others having our permission to use our trademark on other grounds, providing essential information on the accepted use of Oxylabs’ trademarks in your materials. Please follow these Guidelines and conditions established in Affiliate Terms of Service, Partnership agreement or other applicable agreement for using Oxylabs trademarks in any of your marketing, advertising or other content for the purpose of marketing and promoting Oxylabs services during the term of participation in the Oxylabs Affiliate Program or the term of Partnership or other agreement.
By adhering to these Guidelines, you help us maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all channels, reinforcing the quality and trust our trademark embodies.
Among others, Oxylabs is the owner of the word mark Oxylabs® and X logo mark (Oxylabs trademarks), which is used in particular design and colours. You are allowed to use the registered X logo and Oxylabs® word mark together as a combination mark, or you may use the word mark Oxylabs® on its own.
Do not alter or distort Oxylabs' trademarks' appearance in any way, for example, by adding your own design elements or changing the font, colours, proportions or other elements or making your own versions of the trademark without the prior approval of Oxylabs.
The space around the trademark should be left clear and let it stand out.
Respectful usage
Our trademarks may not be used in a way that harms our company, our products or services, or in a manner which, in our opinion, lessens or otherwise damages our reputation or the goodwill. Do not associate our trademark with any illicit or illegal activities or use them in a way that is deceptive or harmful.
Prominence
Do not display the Oxylabs trademarks in a manner that makes it the most distinctive feature (main sign) on your website or other content without express written permission from Oxylabs to do so.
Trademark symbols and credit lines
In communications, the appropriate symbol (®) must follow each Oxylabs trademark first time it appears in text.
