Visit the SEO Neo website and log in or create an account. Head to the Download page to get the application for your Windows or macOS device. Once installed, simply sign in to start using SEO Neo.
Once logged in, go to Settings → Proxies and enable proxies by clicking the Use Proxies checkmark.
Then, add your proxy configuration inside the box in your chosen format:
host:proxy_port (if you have whitelisted your IP address)
host:proxy_port:username:password
Host: pr.oxylabs.io
Proxy port: 7777
Username: customer-USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD
You can also use country-specific entry points. For example, entering us-pr.oxylabs.io as the Host and 10000 as the Proxy port will connect you to the United States location.
Check our Residential Proxies and Mobile Proxies documentation for a complete list of country-specific entry nodes, session control, or instructions on whitelisting IPs.

The Datacenter Proxies setup options depend on your chosen subscription model:
Pay-per-IP: the port corresponds to the sequential number of the IP address from your list. For instance, port 8001 uses your first IP address. See the documentation for more details.
Pay-per-traffic: port 8001 selects a random IP from the entire pool that remains consistent throughout your session. You may also specify geo-location in the authentication string (example: user-USERNAME-country-US). See our documentation to find out more.
Host: isp.oxylabs.io
Proxy port: 8001
Username: user-USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD
ISP Proxies offer IP rotation through port 8000, or you can select specific IPs by using port numbers that match their position in your proxy list. For example, connecting through port 8001 will select the first IP from your list. Refer to our documentation for further details.
