How to Set Up a Proxy in Incogniton Browser

4. Click Proxy in the menu on the left side and fill in the following details.

Residential Proxies

Connection type: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5

Proxy IP: pr.oxylabs.io

Proxy port: 7777

You can also use country-specific entries. For example, entering us-pr.oxylabs.io under Proxy IP and 10000 under Proxy port will acquire a US exit node. Please refer to our documentation for a complete list of country-specific entry nodes or if you need a sticky session.

Enterprise Dedicated Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP or SOCKS5

Proxy IP: a specific IP address (e.g., 1.2.3.4)

Proxy port: 60000

For Enterprise Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, you’ll have to choose an IP address from the acquired list. Visit our documentation for more details.

Self-Service Dedicated Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP or HTTPS

Proxy IP: ddc.oxylabs.io

Proxy port: 8001

For Self-Service Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, the port indicates the sequential number of an IP address from the acquired list. Check our documentation for more details.

Shared Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP

Proxy IP: dc.pr.oxylabs.io

Proxy port: 10000

You can also use a country-specific entry. For example, entering dc.fr-pr.oxylabs.io under Proxy IP and 42000 under Proxy port will acquire a French exit node. Please refer to our documentation for a complete list of country-specific entry nodes.

5. Type in your Oxylabs proxy user's credentials under Proxy username and Proxy password and click to mark Rotating proxy for increased flexibility.

6. Mark Check proxy to ensure functionality. You should receive an external IP with additional details, such as an exact geographic location, timezone, etc.

7. Lastly, fill in the remaining details (Overview, Timezone, etc.) according to your preferences and choose Create profile.

And that’s it. You've successfully integrated your proxies with Incogniton. By clicking Start on your freshly set up profile, you’ll see a pop-up of an incognito browser window. Now you can begin your web browsing tasks in anonymity.
