Oxylabs has received a $130 million investment from a leading private equity firm Warburg Pincus. The investment brings the value of the Oxylabs group to $3.6 billion, making it the second unicorn to emerge from the Tesonet accelerator and one of the highest-valued companies in Lithuania's history.

Oxylabs is recording $350 million in ARR as its data platform, trusted by over 350,000 tech teams worldwide, is essential to powering the agentic AI era of internet search.

As AI agents begin to navigate the web far more than humans ever have, the future belongs to the data infrastructure that grounds these systems in real-time, interruption-free knowledge. This is exactly what Oxylabs has spent the last decade building as a responsible, compliant and ethical operator – an infrastructure that already serves many uses, and that this new era depends on.

The investment and validation from Warburg Pincus are also meaningful in the broader national and international context.

This achievement shows that Europe has the potential to build sovereign, world-class technology that top AI developers depend on. At the same time, it is a moment of pride for Lithuania, demonstrating that market-leading companies like Oxylabs can be built by the relentless work of our talents. With Warburg Pincus, we will build on this momentum and our lead in web data infrastructure and product development, and continue executing our long-term strategy.

Warburg Pincus’ investment also signals acknowledgement of the market opportunity created by the growing web data demand and boosted by agentic AI, and Oxylabs’ unique position to capitalize on it.

Real-time decision making and AI agents boost the already skyrocketing data demand

Public web data is a critical asset across the digital economy, making the industry increasingly attractive for investors. Industries and services, benefiting billions across the world, including travel, brand protection, cybersecurity and threat monitoring, e-commerce intelligence, and investigative journalism, have been transformed by scalable web data access solutions. These solutions continuously enable consumer benefits through businesses powered by real-time data and automated decision-making.

The growing demand across traditional industries is catalyzed by data becoming the lifeblood of all things AI. From training models and powering agents that deliver real-time web-based answers to helping companies optimize their presence in AI generated results – every stage of the AI ecosystem relies on access to real-time data.

The emergence of AI agents that autonomously browse the web, gather information, and execute scheduling, booking and other tasks rapidly multiplies the demand for infrastructure that can reliably facilitate such access.

We have proven our ability to execute as the leader in data infrastructure platforms with our portfolio of leading Fortune 500 and AI companies. As we continue to scale our product portfolio, we will focus on expanding and strengthening our global network, further advancing our technology, and delivering more value to our customers and developers around the world.

Vytautas Savickas, CEO of Oxylabs

While Oxylabs' results are impressive, and its appeal to investors in the agentic AI era is well-earned, it is the foundation built over the last decade that ultimately mattered most.

Bootstrapped to market leadership

Ever since its founding in 2015, Oxylabs has asserted itself as a leading voice in shaping the web data access industry. Today's market position is the result of a long-term  strategy that prioritizes leadership in infrastructure, innovation, compliance, and strategic prudence

Oxylabs' technological leadership, underpinned by a global infrastructure handling billions of requests daily and portfolio of over 160 patents, helped position the company as a standout opportunity for investors.

Oxylabs has established itself as a leader in data infrastructure through its sophisticated, robust, and compliant technology and expansive network. We are excited to support the Oxylabs team as they continue to expand their offering to help their blue-chip customers access and unlock data-driven insights.

Allison Ross, Principal, Warburg Pincus

The trust of renowned investors also further validates Oxylabs’ long-standing compliance efforts.

From co-founding the Ethical Web Data Collection Initiative (EWDCI) and creating an industry-first ethical proxy procurement framework spearheaded by one of the biggest passive income applications out there (Honeygain) Oxylabs continues to stress the importance of responsible practices and draws a clear line between the legitimate industry it represents and the actions of providers with low or collapsing reputations.

The due diligence by Warburg Pincus is another in the long line of checks and audits, consistently confirming the trustworthiness and robust security posture of Oxylabs, evidence of which can be accessed transparently at the Oxylabs Trust Center.

This investment will also expand Oxylabs’ capabilities in acquisitions and partnerships, building further on the acquisitions of Webshare Software in 2022 and ScrapingBee in 2025 that were success stories in terms of product portfolio enhancement.

Both acquisitions, enhancing our ecosystem’s product offering, allow us to better serve the diverse needs of the developer community as it continues to build AI agents and other crucial technologies of the unfolding future. We will further look for corporate development opportunities that will result in the next-generation tech products for the consumer.

Jurgis Rudgalvis, CFO at Oxylabs

A decade of bootstrapped growth, combined with the ability to integrate technological advancement implementing the  highest standards of compliance, firmly positions Oxylabs at the forefront of the booming data industry.

The future in the making

The investment provides Oxylabs with resources to accelerate its strategy of leveraging its firm market position to provide a reliable data infrastructure layer for the agentic web.

As the market shifts toward agentic search we are further developing our product portfolio, including web index, headless browser, and other cutting-edge solutions. The next generation of AI won’t be powered by static indexes that only capture yesterday’s internet. For it to work at enterprise grade, the infrastructure behind them is key: the scale, speed, reliability, and compliance required to make open-web knowledge usable in real-time production.

Vytautas Savickas, CEO of Oxylabs

Thus, while capitalizing on the reliability of its infrastructure, Oxylabs is anticipating and innovating to meet the future needs of AI agents and developers.

The trust of Warburg Pincus pours more fuel into the engine that has long been powering data-driven businesses across industries and world-leading AI development. With this partnership and its unique position at the forefront of the data infrastructure industry, Oxylabs sets out to lead this next chapter for reliable web data access and the industries that depend on it.
