Setting up proxies for Multilogin

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to correctly set up your proxies with Multilogin:

1. Open the Multilogin app.

2. To add proxies, click on Create new under Browser profile.

3. In the following window, enter the Browser profile name (for example, Oxylabs) and click Edit proxy settings.

4. To configure Oxylabs Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter Proxies, specify the following details.

Residential and Mobile Proxies

Connection type: HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5

New address: pr.oxylabs.io

Port: 7777

Under Login and Password, enter your Oxylabs proxy user's credentials. If you have whitelisted your devices, you don’t need to provide login credentials.

You can also use country-specific entries. For example, if you put us-pr.oxylabs.io under New address and 10000 under Port, you'll receive a US exit node. Please refer to our documentation for a complete list of country-specific entry nodes or if you need a sticky session.

Repeat the same process for Datacenter Proxies, specifying the corresponding details.

Enterprise Dedicated Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP or SOCKS5

New address: a specific IP address (e.g., 1.2.3.4)

Port: 60000

In the case of Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, you will have to choose an IP address from the acquired list. Please refer to our documentation for more details.

Self-Service Dedicated Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP or HTTPS

New address: ddc.oxylabs.io

Port: 8001

With Self-Service Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, the port number indicates the sequential number of the IP address from the acquired list. Please refer to our documentation for more details.

Shared Datacenter Proxies

Connection type: HTTP

New address: dc.pr.oxylabs.io

Port: 10000

You can also use country-specific entries. For example, entering dc.fr-pr.oxylabs.io under New address and 42000 under Port will acquire a French exit node. Please refer to our documentation for a complete list of country-specific entry nodes.

5. Click Check proxy. If everything is fine, you should get a response indicating an external IP.

6. Confirm changes by clicking Create profile.

And that's it! You've successfully set up your proxies with the Multilogin app. You'll become completely secure and hidden on the internet with multiple browser profiles and proxies.
